From NY City
Exterior Design
We give great interest on the outdoor design in order to make it special, practical and aesthetically pleasing, by combining different materials, colours and textures, always in relation with the internal space.
Interior Design
We offer consultation for the indoor spaces of each project, combining together the furniture layout, colour palettes, artwork and other decoration elements, physical and artificial lighting, flooring and ceiling.
Landscape Design
We design squares and parks as open green spaces, and additionally we propose solutions for the external surrounding area of each project we undertake according to the needs of each client.
Planning & Building Permits
We prepare the applications, the documents and all necessary studies for official permits, including new buildings, changes in existing buildings, change of use in a licensed building, division of land and/or buildings.
3D Visualizations
Through the three-dimensional model that we create, there is a better understanding of the project as it will be constructed in reality, giving the opportunity to be more creative with the final touches of the project.
